Description
The Paperfox FTD‑1 Tape Applicator is equipped with two independently programmable Paperfox TD‑1 tape applicator heads, enabling the simultaneous placement of two double‑sided pressure‑sensitive tapes in a single pass.
The start and end of the adhesive tape application can be set in the program and it is also possible to stop and restart the adhesive tape application up to four times within the same sheet.
Built with a conveyor belt system, it can process sheets up to 70 cm in width, making it suitable for a wide range of packaging and production workflows.

- Programmable tape applicator system for applying double‑sided adhesive tape on paper, cardboard, corrugated board and similar sheet materials.
- Two Paperfox TD‑1 taping heads (left + right) included as standard, expandable up to 8 heads for high‑volume production.
- High taping precision with approx. ±2 mm accuracy, depending on tape type.
- Supports up to 20 mm tape width (optional TD‑50 head for 50 mm tape).
- Conveyor‑belt sheet forwarding system (700×700 mm) for smooth and consistent material transport.
- Programmable start and end positions for up to 4 tape strips per head.
- Touchscreen PLC controller with multilingual interface (EN/DE/HU).
- Four selectable operating speeds: 2, 10, 20, 30 m/min.
